Talha Mehmood – Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at M.D Global Business, Talha Mehmood is responsible for the daily coordination, improvement, and execution of operational activities. He oversees production planning, quality control, administrative management, financial coordination, and maintenance operations while ensuring smooth workflow across different departments.
He is also responsible for managing the company’s banking operations and financial transactions, including handling official bank deposits, withdrawals, payment processing, and maintaining coordination with banking institutions for operational and organizational requirements.
In addition, he is accountable for cost management, equipment efficiency, waste control, direct labor, and material management while generating reports related to financial targets and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
Reviewing and implementing company policies and SOPs.
Managing internal and external customer relations professionally.
Handling customer concerns and operational issues.
Supervising cashiering, accounting, and financial procedures.
Managing company banking activities and official financial transactions.
Organizing inventory control and operational resources.
Hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring staff members.
Preparing manpower schedules and operational planning.
Monitoring sales reports and assisting in achieving financial targets.
Supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Performing multitasking and additional operational responsibilities when required.
