M.D Global Business is working in poverty stricken backward areas of Southern Punjab Pakistan which has a typical feudal culture. There are few families who own major resources like big land holdings.

 As an Operations Manager within the food industry I am responsible for the daily coordination, improvement and execution of all food operations; overseeing production, planning, quality control and maintenance. I am also accountable for cost management including equipment efficiencies, waste, direct labor and materials, whilst generating reports on these financial targets

 MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To oversee the building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• To ensure the compliance to food safety, sanitation and overall workplace safety standards.
• To review, set and enforce the company’s policies and SOPs.
• To ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• To handle customer complaints and respond to all concerns.
• To establish good relationship with tenants.
• To hire and train necessary personnel for the operation.
• To coach and mentor the personnel for day to day operations.
• To do manpower scheduling.
• To organize and control inventory of stocks and equipment’s.
• To check and monitor the cashiering and accounting system.
• To assist the company in achieving financial targets and goals for the operations.
• To check and monitor the weekly sales reports.
• To suggest marketing initiatives and assist in performing marketing activities.
• To do multi-tasking and perform other related tasks

The M.D Global Business has taken up this hazardous task of Rural Development against all the odds and has proved its metal by implementing various programs like Social Mobilization, Livelihood Development, Community Physical Infrastructure, Local Institution Building, Clean Energy Initiative, Education & Health Services, income generation through revolving assets, Islamic Micro Financing, Forestry and Environmental Conservation..

M.D Global Business has also trained 500 poor illiterate women and girls of rural areas by establishing 25 training centers in remote village Under Punjab Skill Development Fund (PSDF). M.D Global Business went a step ahead and converted 10 training centers into Stitching Units, thereby Provided an opportunity to use their newly acquired skills for better living. M.D Global Business is committed to improve the living conditions in these remote areas and empower the women and destitute to avail equal opportunities.
